Submit consultation form
You will be sent a self-patient assessment questionnaire as well as (registration form i.e for first timers)to complete and submit back for review
Time of Consultation provided
An allocated same-day consultation time will be provided to the patient after a review of received forms are completed.
Conduct Consultation
A virtual consultation will be held at the set time provided
Pay invoice
Post consultation, an invoice will be sent to patient to pay the consultation fee
Private Prescription
Private Rx (if required) is issued on clinical need & safety. Destination of issue is dependent on the patient
Records
Your records are stored securely on our system.
Local Gp
A summary of your consultation can be shared with your local GP with your consent.
