Are you Ready to refer?
Please make sure to register with TSC before making any referrals. To register as a new pharmacy, complete the registration process with us. We will review your application, and once approved, you will be able to refer patients to us.
Referral process:
- 1Conduct a consultation with the patient & conclude on possible POM requirement.
- a. Discuss & approve referral/ consultation cost with the patient & call TSC clinician to discuss clinical issue. b. Connect patient to have consultation with TSC clinician.
- Fill and submit the referral form below to TSC.
- Private Rx will be sent to referral Pharmacy for dispensing.
- Take consultation charge from patient on behalf of TSC.
- Dispensing pharmacy will be invoiced by TSC at the end of the month.
